Join our team in Winnipeg as a Contract Management Coordinator for Construction Services, where you'll ensure compliance and manage contractor relationships. Handle daily discussions and negotiations to uphold project standards.
This role involves managing medium-complexity construction contracts while addressing compliance with quality and service requirements. Communication and problem-solving skills are essential as you liaise with contractors and address issues related to scope changes and progress claims.
