This is a contract role for a period of 16 to 18 months.
Key Responsibilities
Manage design of group benefit programs (medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, retirement savings) in partnership with external brokers.
Manage global vendor relationships and identify opportunities for improvement.
Oversee annual open enrollment processes in the US, including planning, employee education and communication.
Maintain benefits plan configuration in Oracle HCM and support HR team to review any issues.
Conduct annual review of global benefit plans and spend to identify short‑term changes.
Complete annual compliance reporting.
Support annual pension plan audits for Canada and the US.
