Description Robert Half is looking for an experienced Attorney to support a nonprofit organization on a contract basis. This part time role is 8-10 hours per week and is 100% remote. This opportunity focuses on providing practical legal guidance for a range of commercial and organizational agreements, with an emphasis on careful review, negotiation strategy, and clear risk assessment. The person in this role will help business partners address contract-related issues efficiently while maintaining strong legal and compliance standards.
Responsibilities:
• Evaluate, draft, and negotiate a variety of agreements, including matters involving detailed or highly customized legal terms.
• Mark up contract language, propose revisions, and refine documents to align with organizational needs and risk tolerance.
• Provide legal counsel on contract interpretation, obligations, and potential exposure tied to proposed terms.
