About This Opportunity

Role and Responsibilities

  • As a Contract Administrator , you will develop, negotiate, and evaluate company contracts to meet client and organizational needs.
  • You will ensure all parties comply with contract terms and that contracts adhere to local and regulatory laws.
  • This role involves working with onshore and offshore teams to manage contract strategies, generate reports on existing agreements, negotiate terms, and follow up to ensure proper execution.

Who We're Looking For

  • 4-5 years of experience in contract administration or related fields like accounting, finance, or legal.
  • Experience managing contracts in large projects.
  • Knowledge of contract law, accounting principles, and finance.
  • Strong attention to detail to identify inconsistencies in contracts.
