We are seeking experienced industry professionals to serve as instructors in NAIT’s Insulator Apprenticeship program.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and deliver engaging and comprehensive courses.
Prepare and update course materials, including syllabi, assignments, and exams.
Provide students with timely and constructive feedback. Ability to submit marks/records promptly.
Provide direct classroom/lab instruction while utilizing appropriate instructional strategies to maximize student motivation and learning in a skill‑building environment.
Mentor and advise students on academic and career goals.
Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to curriculum development.
Maintain professional and ethical relationships with students and colleagues.
Ensure compliance with institutional policies and procedures.
