Seeking a strong Continuous Improvement Manager for our Milton, Canada facility. This onsite role focuses primarily on LEAN process improvement and is a key member of the site leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
Define requirements for operations and ensure implementation of Continuous Improvement strategies to meet or exceed business requirements and customer expectations.
Facilitate Lean activities, including Kaizen events, Lean training events, standardization implementation, value‑stream mapping, and CIR development sessions.
Maintain a developmentally productive environment for all employees and administer company policies, goals, strategies, and vision.
Facilitate quality systems, continuous process improvement, and safety initiatives in accordance with Lean thinking throughout the organization.
Advance company metrics (safety, quality, delivery, cost, and morale).
