The Continuous Improvement Site Lead plays a crucial role in enhancing Saputo Canada's operations. Reporting to the Plant Manager, this position focuses on implementing and sustaining long-term improvements while engaging staff at all levels. Key Responsibilities:
• Own and optimize IoTORQ/OEE production systems
• Measure and manage plant OEE performance
• Develop a 3-5 year master plan for plant performance
