Danfoss is seeking a committed and energized Improvement Expert to facilitate, support and drive continuous improvement activities through the entire process chain.
**Responsibilities**:
- Coach and leader of kaizen and kaizen blitz
- Support 5S program to improve facility conditions
- Drive annual roadmap as responsible of accomplishment
- Lean certifications to all levels
- Expert in lean tools, coordinate VSM event and follow up activities
- Coach Lean Tools
- Participate in all kaizen as a Coach and Lean Expert
**Background & Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree within Engineering, Business or similar is required.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, preferably Black Belt.
