Education: Professional career / position in Lean Six Sigma - Preferred experience in Industrial Engineering
Experience: Minimum 3 years working in a Lean Six Sigma environment or similar role – Minimum Green Belt certification.
Lean Tool-kit Application Skills (value stream mapping, 5S, Kaizen, Kanban, Error proofing, SMED, team problem solving, TPM, One-piece-flow and Standard work
Must be proactive, creative and a hands-on change agent – ability to work independently in team settings fluidly
Experience in teaching through formal sessions and individual mentoring
5 or more years' experience in Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, Value Stream Mapping, Cycle Time and other relevant Lean methodologies
