Along with the functional team, create and implement a plan to turn the current state map into the future state map using lean techniques.
Execute and coordinate continuous improvement tasks and projects within the Value Stream/Business Unit.
Foster project management discipline, providing expertise and support in the intake, initiation, planning, execution, transition and closure of projects, supporting Management of Change.
Foster a sustainable continuous improvement culture (Lean Sigma) to deliver business results by acting as mentor and subject matter expert on continuous improvement methodologies for the department.
