Our client, a large enterprise organization, is seeking a Content Writer / Content Strategist to support the modernization of internal documentation and training materials across enterprise business applications. This is a 12-month contract opportunity with potential for extension or full-time conversion. The role follows a hybrid work model (3 days onsite - Wednesday, Thursday, and the first Friday of each month) based in Toronto. This position focuses on rewriting outdated documentation, creating user guides and job aids, and supporting change management communications to improve the overall user experience and content consistency across internal systems.
Key Responsibilities
