Content Specialist – Enterprise Content Team (Toronto)

Who you are

You keep work moving, drafts sharp, and projects on track. You produce first drafts across a range of formats, manage the content calendar in Sprout and Asana, and coordinate the logistics that turn a content plan into published work. You work under the direction of the Senior Manager, Content Strategy, and in close partnership with the Content Strategist, Enterprise. You notice signals from sales, content gaps, and format issues, surface them quickly, and help the team solve them together. The Enterprise team moves quickly and expects the same from you.

What you’ll work on

• Produce first drafts for blog posts, social content, email copy, one‑pagers, landing pages, webinar abstracts, and campaign assets.
