What You'll Do

• Content Strategy & Creation — Lead ideation, scripting, and scheduling of all content; ensure every piece aligns with growth and engagement goals; write, storyboard, and structure content for maximum impact
• Reporting & Analytics — Track performance across social, newsletters, and campaigns; use insights to refine content direction weekly; report follower growth, engagement, and campaign ROI
• Production & Collaboration — Support during shoots (with our media team owning production); ensure brand voice and consistency across video and media projects; collaborate on event-related content and highlight campaigns
