As a Content Manager at Pedestrian, you will manage the day-to-day digital presence and execution for a diverse portfolio of brands across Canada. Your core responsibilities will include:
Act as the brand voice: Master and adapt to the distinct tone of voice for various clients, ensuring consistent, authentic and engaging communication across all digital touchpoints.
Monitor and leverage digital trends: Continuously track cultural shifts and platform-specific trends (across TikTok, Instagram, X, Facebook, and LinkedIn) to proactively identify opportunities for our clients to participate in relevant online conversations.
Drive community engagement: Actively moderate and engage with social communities. Foster brand advocacy by responding to comments, managing direct messages, and initiating meaningful, brand-safe interactions with followers.
