Consumer Experience (CX) Senior designer/design lead, will partake and drive to realize the vision and responsibility of providing the world-class user experiences and leading product design delivery globally for Sanofi products and ecosystem. You will partner with Product and Engineering teams to develop amazing user experiences. In this role, you will play a key strategic role in helping drive the future of Sanofi CX. You will collaborate with CX strategy & research, product, and engineering partners across the organization to build consumer- focused design solutions at scale while cultivating a culture of user-centric design. You must be responsive, flexible, and able to succeed within an open and collaborative peer environment. You must be able to lead projects forward in the face of ambiguity.
