Responsibilities
Lead end‑to‑end implementations of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
Plan and conduct requirement‑gathering workshops, advising clients on best practices for data and process decisions.
Configure the system and manage an offshore team of configurators.
Test the solution and provide hyper‑care support during the post‑go‑live period.
Shape hire‑to‑retire processes for national and international clients.
Improve operational metrics, develop business cases, and measure performance.
Maintain functional knowledge and manage client relationships within defined roles.
