**Job Description Summary** The Consulting Director is responsible for customer-facing consulting, program design, operational transformation, and enterprise project leadership for major healthcare institutions in Japan. The role oversees the Consulting Team, including Project Managers, Analysts, and Data Integrators. The Consulting Director partners closely with Sales and the Solution Director’s Development/PMO teams and holds joint responsibility for P&L management to ensure business growth, financial performance, and value-based delivery outcomes.
