The Promotional Programs team leads the creative strategy and execution of Canadian Tire's weekly national flyer. As a Promotional Programs Consultant, you will develop customer-centric promotional strategies that support Customer Centric Growth (CCG) and guide creative direction for your assigned business portfolio. You will also lead the planning and execution of Seasonal Guides, ensuring all content aligns with customer needs, category priorities, and corporate objectives.

What You'll Do

Develop customer-focused promotional strategies for the weekly national flyer and portfolio-specific Seasonal Guides.

Lead theme development, layout direction, and creative planning aligned to category, seasonal, and CCG priorities.

Translate flyer calendar themes into customer-facing layouts and clear creative guidelines.

Work with Promo Planning, Production, and Creative to manage page flow and deliver high-quality print and digital executions.
