NHS Lanarkshire invites applications for a Consultant Medicine for Older Adults based at Hairmyres Hospital. The post allows a committed clinician to join the University Hairmyres Hospital Consultants working within Older Peoples Services.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver Comprehensive Geriatric Assessment as part of Acute and Interface Geriatrics
Provide Acute Receiving, Frailty at the Front Door, Hospital at Home, and Intermediate Care services
Possibility to involve in areas of specialty interest
Work Arrangement
The job is offered as a full‑time post on a 10 PA basis, with consideration for part‑time applicants. EPA’s may be available for both part‑time and full‑time positions. Proposals for additional SPA time are encouraged; applicants may discuss these proposals with the Recruitment Lead or Service Manager.
