Day-to-day administration of the Global Mobility program: Prepare cost estimates for the HR Business Partners and Business Lines Prepare and deliver Assignment Letters and Compensation Packages Consultations with transferee/Assignee outlining and reviewing the Bank’s Relocation Polices and Benefits Engage and liaise with the various vendors supporting the Bank’s Relocation Programs Provide ongoing HR support to the Assignee while on assignment Preparation of the bi-annual Assignment Compensation Package updates and facilitates payroll updates
