We are looking for a Consultant, Actuarial, to join our growing Operation Performance Analytics team.
What You'll Do Here
Work independently on ambitious, strategic projects, including identifying trends and creating analytical solutions to optimize operational efficiency.
Leverage your expertise to lead large‑scale, results‑oriented initiatives.
Play a leadership role in discussions with our business partners: challenge assumptions, influence, co‑create, and propose innovative solutions.
Guide colleagues by providing coaching, reviewing their work, conducting technical analyses, and resolving complex problems.
What You Bring to the Table
University degree or any combination of equivalent education and experience.
Certifications in Mathematics, Actuarial, ACAS or FCAS preferred.
5 years or more of actuarial experience (preferably in the P&C Insurance sector).
