We are seeking a professional and organized Construction Service Coordinator to support our main office. This role is focused on coordinating homeowner service and warranty work, working closely with trades, suppliers, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate homeowner service and warranty requests from intake to completion
• Schedule and communicate with trades and suppliers to ensure timely resolution
• Track all service items, updates, and completion status
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and customer correspondence
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and files
• Assist homeowners with basic home systems and maintenance inquiries
