We are currently seeking an experienced and results-driven Construction Project Manager to join our team.
The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all aspects of construction projects to ensure they are completed on time.
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage the full lifecycle of construction projects from planning to delivery.
-Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
-Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
-Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports.
-Ensure compliance with safety regulations, legal requirements, and company policies.
-Perform risk assessments and resolve issues that may arise.
-Manage project budgets, track expenses, and control costs.
Qualifications:
