Hare Properties is converting a downtown Calgary office building into residential rental units. We are acting as our own general contractor on this project, and we are hiring an experienced Construction Manager to run it end to end – both on the ground and on the commercial side.

Ownership is based out of province and will be on site regularly but not daily, so this is a high‑autonomy role: you are the person running this build. We are looking for someone who has carried a project on their own shoulders before and is comfortable being the buck‑stops‑here decision‑maker on site, with a clear reporting line back to ownership.
