The ideal candidate should be detail oriented, driven by accuracy, is flexible to change, has strong prioritizing skills, and can manage their time effectively to ensure timely estimates are provided for the interior renovation of multifamily units and apartment suite turnovers.  RESPONSIBILITIES Evaluation, updates, analysis of ongoing and new renovations projects based on scopes provided by Project Managers.  Provide assistance and report anomaly, issues, recommendations and solutions to senior staff or direct manager.
