About This Opportunity

Join our team as a Construction Coordinator, focusing on project management and quality control. This role includes tracking RFIs, managing schedules, and collaborating effectively with project teams.
This position requires 1-2 years of construction experience or a recent education in project management. You’ll play a key role in reviewing subcontractor documentation and facilitating communication among architects and engineers. Adapting schedules based on project needs is critical for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain shop drawings and track project updates
• Review and process RFIs from subcontractors
• Coordinate meetings to resolve complex project issues
• Assist the Project Manager with daily administration tasks
