Shutdown oversight planning, driving planning work, working with multiple stakeholders
Coordinating contractors’ daily work activities
Planning site use in conjunction with other contractors and site operations
Resolving contractors’ questions and participating in the resolution of design issues
Managing contractors’ performance of the work in line with the contract requirements
Experience managing multi‑week shutdowns for industrial equipment
Knowledge of the project and construction progress across all trades/scopes of work, developing and communicating a project work plan, monitoring manpower and performance against that work plan
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly construction progress updates and construction summary reports, and coordinate, document, and attend meetings
