Belron Canada is looking for a Customer Service Representative to provide a seamless experience for customers in our automotive glass service centres. You will handle administrative tasks, customer interactions, and coordinate with insurance partners while ensuring high service standards.

Your role at a glance

• Complete the administration required to keep the Service Centre running smoothly.
• Add value to the customer and identify opportunities to boost the store’s performance.
• Work with insurance partners to help customers get the best value for their money.
• Delight customers by vacuuming vehicle interiors, cleaning windows, and assisting with small windshield repairs.
• Shuttle vehicles to and from the repair shop.
