The Senior Underwriting Consultant, Training & Development is a key role within the broader Underwriting Risk Management team with a primary focus on owning and leading new hire onboarding. This role involves creating and enhancing training content, driving the facilitation of underwriting process, and contribute to initiatives that support broader risk management activities.
