What matters to us Qualifications:
7–15+ years ofexperience in concrete construction, preferably in heavy civil,infrastructure, high-rise, or industrial projects.
3–5+ years in asupervisory or superintendent role.
Strong knowledge of:
Proven ability to managelarge crews and multiple subcontractors.
Strong understanding ofconstruction scheduling and productivity metrics.
Proficiency withconstruction drawings and specifications.
Experience with tunnelor underground concrete works considered an asset.
