About This Opportunity

In this role, you'll play a vital role in maintaining the functionality and appearance of the residential property. This unique position offers on-site accommodation or not, ensuring you're readily available to address any needs that may arise.

Responsibilities:

  • Plumbing and Electrical Repairs: Conduct routine and emergency plumbing and electrical repairs as needed throughout the property.
  • Painting Common Areas: Preserve the property's aesthetic appeal by participating in painting and touch-up projects in common areas.
