Detailed Description Description: A Computer Technician whose responsibilities will include, but not be limited to day-to-day management of workload, laptop/desktop/printer triage and repair, interaction with Netsync warranty administrators and maintenance of proper work tickets in Netsync and OEM systems
Roles and Responsibilities:
+ Maintain strong working relationships with customers and team.
+ Repair of computers and peripherals including but not limited to desktops, laptops, workstations, & printers.
+ Understand warranty and insurance guidelines as it pertains to break-fix.
+ Customer, Partner/Vendor and cross-department relationship management.
+ Manage and update support cases in Customer, Netsync and OEM systems.
+ Work on site hardware support cases for Netsync's Onsite Support service requests.
