Elevate facility management as a skilled Facilities and Operations Manager. Engage in project oversight and ensure compliance in creating safe workspaces across multiple facilities.
This full-time role based in Calgary focuses on managing operational excellence and facility administration. You'll lead teams, handle budgets, and maintain local regulatory compliance while participating in the daily prayer ministry. Your leadership will be critical in enhancing team effectiveness and achieving project goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Oversee facility renovation and upgrade projects
• Ensure maintenance of grounds and external services
• Implement preventive maintenance and safety protocols

Requirements:
• 7+ years experience in facilities management
