Job Title: Composite Paint, Prep, & Sanding Technician located in Fort Erie, Canada.

Responsibilities

• Apply primer and top paint to composite panels.
• Receive the priority list from the supervisor and pick parts from the rack that require the same paint process.
• Remove dust and contaminants using compressed air or a chemical wipe.
• Perform painting inside the paint booth using spray guns in accordance with the AH predefined process.
• Remove parts from the booth once dried and prepare the booth for the next run by wetting the floor or hosing it down.
• Maintain knowledge of AH paint process and specifications.
• Sand and prepare parts prior to paint if required.
• Inspect paint after parts are dry and de‑masked for imperfections such as fish eyes, solvent pops, pinholes, and dry paint.
