The Component Repair Supervisor is responsible for supervising all the operations of the various repair departments of Plant5. Responsibilities

Supervise day‑to‑day repair/overhaul operations in a high‑technology industry on the evening shift; Motivate and energize the workforce to reach an optimal level of employee engagement; Responsible for main performance indicators: health & safety, quality, on‑time delivery, productivity, etc.; Help develop and manage the budget and hiring; Supervise work shift changes; Host and take part in meetings with other managers.
