This role is required to lead, coordinate and deliver work for a range of client contracts including brand compliance audit, analysis and tagging, and bespoke data capture. The role operates as part of the Ad Check leadership team and is responsible for supporting the team with set-up of new client projects and administrative/other duties as required.
Key areas of responsibility
Client facing
Develop good working relationships with brand compliance clients and act as main point of contact for day-to-day issues and audit queries.
Attend regular review meetings with clients to discuss audit findings.
Proactively work with clients to identify issues and propose solutions to problems. Develop, plan and deliver training to clients on Nielsen systems as required.
Attend conference calls and provide support as required to facilitate set-up of new brand compliance projects.
