The role carries enterprise‑level compliance and regulatory risk accountability, with responsibility for ensuring adherence to provincial and territorial insurance regulatory requirements, maintaining the firm’s licensing and E&O controls, and acting as an escalation point for high‑risk or complex registration matters.
This position operates with significant independence, judgment, and influence, partnering with regulators, senior Compliance leadership, and internal stakeholders across the organization.
