As a Compensation & Benefits Analyst , you will be part of the Global Compensation & Benefits team. You'll manage and optimize compensation structures and benefit programs across Latam . You’ll partner closely with both local and global HR teams and business leaders to ensure our total rewards strategy supports growth, compliance, and employee satisfaction across the region.
What you will do
Be part of a team who design, analyze, and administer regionally aligned compensation packages—including base pay, variable pay, allowances, and benefits for the region.
Handle day-to-day C&B initiatives, projects, and processes in the region
Conduct salary benchmarking and market analyses to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
