We are seeking a proactive, relationship-focused Community Manager tasked with overseeing day-to-day operations of residential properties and fostering a welcoming and engaging community environment for residents.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative and Tenant Management
Manage tenant correspondence, work orders, service requests, and accounts payable invoice coding.
Review leases, prepare lease abstracts, and accurately input data into property management systems.
Coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs, including collection of required documentation and distribution of welcome packages.
Issue demand, default, and termination notices in compliance with the Residential Tenancy Act (RTA).
Market the community to prospective residents, conduct tours, and facilitate lease agreements.
