Community Manager The Community Manager's primary responsibility for the Daily operations and oversight of a Section 8 Base and Tax Credit community. and role is to serve as the point of contact for the managing property and stakeholders, provide leadership and direct supervision of the staff, superb customer service, and manage all aspects of the apartment community operations under their portfolio. To include implementing the annual business plan for the property and ensuring excellence in financial management, maximizing occupancy levels, community values, compliance, and staff/vendor oversight. Moreover, assuring that the environment of the property reflects the philosophy of the company.
