About This Opportunity

The Opportunity As a Community Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day operations of the property while fostering a welcoming and responsive resident experience. This position is central to supporting operational excellence, managing resident relations, and upholding community standards through proactive communication and administration.

What You Will Do Resident Relations & Customer Service

Deliver best‑in‑class customer service to residents and visitors.

Address resident concerns, complaints, and emergencies, including after‑hours incidents, while maintaining accurate documentation.

Issue and serve notices (e.g., Notice to End Tenancy, Notice to Enter, Violation Notices) in compliance with legal requirements.

Support resident satisfaction through prompt communication and consistent follow‑up.

Uphold privacy policies when managing resident information.
