Pay at Intact is about more than salary. Salary range (but not limited to): $74,800 – $91,400 based on a 35‑hour workweek. Annual bonus target: up to 7.5% of base salary, potentially double based on personal and company performance.

In this pan‑Canadian role, you will strengthen cohesion and collaboration across the Casualty and Legal Claims team by coordinating internal communications and managing the ongoing development of a national SharePoint. You will work in a dynamic, multi‑stakeholder environment where your rigor, judgment, and proactive approach will directly impact message alignment and communications effectiveness.
