In perfect partnership with the Global Regional Buyer Americas, he will develop and implement the Purchasing strategies for the American region in line with the Corporate Purchasing Strategy.
She/he will manage the regional panel of suppliers, continuously improving their financial and industrial performance. He will monitor and report monthly results and forecasts for her/his perimeter and drive the recovery plan when needed.
She/he will be responsible for contract management of her/his suppliers, ensuring all clauses are executed and contractual hazards are addressed early to secure the company.
Business Acquisition
In line with Program Managers, he will support costing on customer RFIs/RFQs and take full responsibility for costing the bill of material for new businesses, which is managed from the US.
