The Buildings Canada East Division requires a Mechanical Commissioning Specialist engineer who will provide technical leadership for the building commissioning service line in Markham. The position entails project delivery and continued development of the service line at a provincial level, with key functions related to:

• Delivery of Commissioning services for building mechanical and electrical systems.
• Delivery of Commissioning services specifically associated with mechanical HVAC equipment for multiple technologies.
• Preparation of Commissioning documentation including test scripts and final reports
• Interaction with general contractors, electrical / mechanical contractors and clients.
• Interaction with Division management
• Business development in the Markham region and Eastern Ontario.
• Assistance with proposal delivery and general project delivery in Eastern Ontario.
