Key Accountabilities:
Prepares food in line with training received
Follows recipes and instructions
Ensures proper handling, storage and usage of raw and cooked materials
Adheres to hygiene schedules, cleaning schedules and the Hotel’s P&P
General Requirements:
At least 1 years’ relevant experience, including training and/or internships
Good command in Cantonese and Basic English is required
Polite, willing to learn, self-motivated and positive working attitude
