Job Description
Commercial Real Estate Law Clerk
Salary: Up to $80K

Key Responsibilities
Manage commercial real estate files from open to close with minimal supervision

Conduct and review title and off-title searches, and prepare title summaries

Draft, assemble, and register closing documents, including transfers, charges, and discharges

Handle PPSA registrations and searches

Coordinate with lawyers, clients, lenders, and municipalities to ensure smooth and timely closings

Review and prepare reporting letters and post-closing documentation

Maintain accurate and organized file records in accordance with firm protocols

Proactively manage timelines and key dates throughout the transaction process
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Commercial Real Estate Law Clerk in a law firm setting
