As our Commercial Operations Manager, you will be responsible for improving the Business Development team's performance by designing and implementing efficient commercial processes, defining detailed performance KPIs for the area, and driving incremental sales pipeline and revenue growth through clear prioritization and structured workflows. Your role will optimize team performance, ensure accountability, and align strategies with business objectives to achieve measurable results. This is not a sales role; you will not be directly involved in selling. Instead, you will act as a project manager for the sales team, ensuring they have the structure, processes, and support needed to achieve their goals effectively.
