Working within established company guidelines and in accordance with established parameters, the Senior Underwriter is a key asset player performing the following assigned responsibilities:
Reviews and underwrites complex underwriting skills in accordance with company guidelines rating manual rules and insurance laws and regulations.
Determines appropriate pricing based on financial and competitive analysis in line with compliance requirements.
Provides comprehensive quotes and prepares reports.
Develops, manages, and expands broker relations for positive and profitable outcomes.
Markets products and services through the brokerage community and makes field visits.
