As a Commercial Manager working in the Alternative Projects Centre of Expertise (APEX) team at Pomerleau Construction, you will identify and analyze commercial risks, liabilities and opportunities associated with proposals, ongoing projects and partnership agreements. Supporting our work on large-scale building and infrastructure projects – ranging from $1.5 million to upwards of $1 billion – you will have the opportunity to provide commercial support, notably in contract negotiation and administration as well as, the preparation of deliverables.
