About This Opportunity

We currently have an opening for a permanent full Commercial Lines Coordinator in our branch. This position is in Vancouver and contributes to the achievement of a profitable and growing portfolio of business and service level objectives by providing underwriting support and assistance to department underwriters. More specifically, the responsibilities would include the following:


What You'll Do:

  • Pull and distribute renewal business and abeyance files;

  • Process and log incoming submissions for underwriters to review and quote;

  • Process and assemble cancellations, endorsements, renewals and new business;

  • Answer broker inquiries and requests;

  • Obtain background reports;

  • Conduct basic underwriting on policy changes;

  • Set up new files;

  • Various other duties as required.
